Meet Tiffany

Tiffany Lowery, MA, LMFT is a compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, mental health advocate, esteemed educator and inspiring speaker. She is passionate about educating youth and families on the importance of mental health awareness and crisis prevention. Her extensive experience includes working in the community mental health sector and providing counseling services to students across elementary, middle, and high schools. Tiffany holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Studies. Tiffany also specializes in helping adults heal from unresolved childhood trauma that may be impacting their current relationships and sense of self-worth.

Driven by her commitment to making a difference, she believes it is her duty as a clinician to help eradicate the stigmas surrounding mental health disorders, particularly within marginalized and disenfranchised communities. Currently, she runs her thriving private practice, Lowerywood Counseling Services, where she sees adolescents, individuals, couples, as well as the entire family.

Her overarching mission is to dismantle the social and economic barriers that perpetuate inequality in mental health. Tiffany is deeply committed to promoting self-worth, empowerment, well-being, and social justice for all. By increasing exposure, accessibility, and education, Tiffany believes that through collective efforts, we can prioritize mental health and create a community that thrives on compassion, understanding, and resilience.
